Travel
We are a few metres from the Manzil Way / Cowley Road bus stop with direct services to Oxford city centre. The small car park is available evenings and weekends. Because on-site car parking is not available during office hours weekday venue hire is charged at a lower rate.
Training Room
Seats approximately 30 people. The light and airy room overlooks our gardens and has direct access. Arrange the seating to suit your needs: options include a large oval table, individual groupings or chairs only.
Facilities include a DVD and large screen, flipchart and a laptop with standard Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint.
Hourly rates: £10 weekdays, £15 weekends
Garden Café
Seats up to 30 people, tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your needs. The light and airy room overlooks our award-winning therapeutic garden and has direct access.
The Garden Café has a fully equipped commercial kitchen and can cater for 35 covers (inside) and a further 20 covers in the summer (outside).

Small rooms
Three small rooms, available evenings and weekends only. Each room seats up to 5 people with chairs arranged around a circular table.

Venue catering
With advance booking (at least one week’s notice please) our on-site Garden Café is happy to provide refreshments for your meeting or workshop:
- Light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits): £2.50 per head
- Light lunch (fruit juice, sandwiches, crisps, fruit): £5 per head.
Self-catering
You are welcome to make your own drinks in our staff kitchen. We provide cups and you can bring coffee and tea – or use our supplies for a contribution of 20p per cup.
