How do people join the courses?
Please call or email and arrange to come and meet one of our Employment and Training Support Workers. Anyone with a mental health problem is welcome.
You can download a printable version of the courses from March to July 2009 here.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel courses and also change times and locations when necessary. As much notice as possible will be provided. We will also allocate course places according to both training needs of applicants and level of demand.

Activate is a Chances for Change Big Lottery-funded project which focuses on engaging people with mental health problems in a wide range of physical activities.

The activities are:- Badminton at East Oxford Games Hall - Monday, 12 - 2pm. Download badminton poster.
- Table Tennis at Restore, Manzil Way - Monday, 3 - 5pm.Download table tennis poster.
- Swimming and sauna at Temple Cowley Pool - Tuesday, 1.30 - 3pm. Swimming poster.
- Tai chi at East Oxford Community Centre - Wednesday, 3.15 - 4.15pm. Tai chi poster.
