What is LEaP?

RESTORE’s Learning, Employment and Potential (LEaP) service supports people into work and training and offers a variety of courses in The Michael Young Building and across the county. At LEaP we provide a safe and supportive environment where people can develop their personal, educational, employment, business, and social aspirations.

What to expect from LEaP

A Benefits Advisor provides guidance on income and financial matters and Employment Support Workers provide support when people are ready to move on to further training, volunteering, or paid work.

Where is LEaP based?

LEaP has two physical bases - one in Banbury and one in Oxford. We also work from a variety of GP surgeries around the county and you can meet our staff in Mind day centres. PLease contact us to arrange a meeting.

LEaP staff organise and provide a range of courses in the Michael Young Building and across the county. Please contact us if there is a subject you are interested in.

How do people join LEaP?

Please call or email and arrange to come and meet one of our Employment and Training Support Workers. Anyone with a mental health problem is welcome
