Our sport and activity groups provide lots of opportunities for you to enjoy yourself and exercise with others in a supportive environment with skilled, mental health aware instructors.
We currently offer football, tennis, climbing, badminton, canoeing and table tennis groups. We also organise walking and canoeing expeditions.
