For the second year running Restore has been shortlisted for charity of the year, Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action has announced. We are absolutely delighted to be one of three charities shortlisted, along with Refugee Resource and Young Dementia UK, and are keeping everything crossed to win the award.

In addition, Pat Armstrong, one of our long-term volunteers at the Elder Stubbs Recovery Group, has been recognised with an award. We are thrilled Pat’s commitment to the organisation and the people we work with has been acknowledged in this way. Thank you to Pat and all our volunteers, who provide vital support and skills to Restore.

The Oxfordshire Charity and Volunteer Awards 2011 will take place on 10 October 2011 at Oxford Town Hall. More info.
