Thank you for your support at our winter events!

Our recovery groups around the county held festive sales events raising an awesome total of over £2,000 towards our work. Congratulations to members, volunteers and staff who worked very hard to make these events a success.

Thank you to everyone in the local communities who came along to support. Special thanks to the Didcot Mayor, Councillor Peter Read, Jeff Moore and his band, the St James Singers, Three Pressed Men and of course Santa Claus himself.

The Orchard in Banbury had a record turn-out and Fleet Meadow members and volunteers braved a freezing cold night to run a stall at the Didcot Fair. The Beehive demonstrated that the show must go on, even if your coordinator is out of action, and the Garden Café produced a delicious seasonal menu to warm our cockles. At their Winter Warmer, Elder Stubbs welcomed us with a candlelit path and roasted chestnuts, and the deep voices of the St James Singers drifted out across the allotment. Well done to everyone involved in the events and happy Christmas!
