Our accreditation comes just in time to celebrate Living Wage Week!

The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually. It is calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. The Living Wage Campaign was started in 2001 by people who were working two minimum wage jobs and were still struggling to make ends meet and find time to spend with their families.

By paying at least the Oxford Living Wage to all of our staff here at Restore we aim to attract and keep the best people for our roles. It’s also one of the ways that we can reward our staff for the work that they do, all of which helps to support people with mental health issues.
