Channel 4’s inspiring documentary feature on Restore, in which restaurant and property tycoon Arfan Razak – a.k.a. “Raz” – poses as a taxi driver and part-time chef on work experience before making a very generous donation, was shown again on Tuesday.

In Raz’s words: “What I found at Restore was an oasis in a busy area, just giving people at the lowest ebb in life a helping hand, a smile and encouragement that life will get better…”
