Our Chief Executive is moving on and we are recruiting

We are sad to announce that we will be saying goodbye to Benedict Leigh, our Chief Executive of 12 years, in June. Under his leadership, Restore has grown and developed, and the number of people we support has increased from around 100 people a year to over 800 people a year. He has played a key role in enabling Restore to make a huge difference to the lives of thousands of people.

Benedict said, ‘I have been with Restore for 12 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I know I will be leaving Restore at a time when we have financial stability, and a very strong staff team, and huge support from our trustees. All of this means that Restore has a certain future ahead of it.’

More information will follow about how we will be celebrating Benedict’s contribution to Restore, to mental health and to the voluntary sector in Oxfordshire. We wish him all the best in his new role as Strategic Commissioner (Adults) at Oxfordshire County Council, and a happy and successful future.

We are therefore recruiting a new Chief Executive. Are you the exceptional individual we are looking for? Find out more and apply.
