Are you someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people? Have you worked with vulnerable people? Do you have what it takes to support people into employment?

Restore are recruiting to a post which will serve the south of Oxfordshire. As an Employment Specialist Coach you will join an Oxford Mental Healthcare NHS Trust IPS Team – employed by Restore – and embedded in locality Adult Mental Health Teams (AMHTs) – to deliver IPS as part of the holistic recovery plan for mental health service users. Experience of IPS is desirable but NOT essential as full training will be given.

You will work in a well-managed and supportive team and manage an individual caseload of up to 20-25 people at any time who have experienced mental health problems and who are unemployed or in need of in-work support. Working directly with all relevant stakeholders: the service user, AMHT clinical staff, partner agencies and employers – you will support the service users on your caseload to gain and retain paid employment.

If you wish to apply, then we would like to hear from you!

At this stage of application, we require a Cover letter with a CV (curriculum vitae).

The covering letter should address how you meet the criteria outlined in the person specification. Please see the ‘essentials’ and ‘desirable’ criteria under the shortlisting criteria. Please remove your name, date of birth and any contact information from your CV and supply this on a separate piece of paper and send to us, along with a cover letter telling us why you would be good for this role.
