Godfrey has worked as a legal academic and as a professional lawyer in the public sector. In both areas he has been able to develop a range of skills – from governance, through finance and research, to appreciating the need to listen before making decisions – all useful and relevant to Restore. In addition, Godfrey’s work has given him an awareness and understanding of those with few opportunities and privileges and their need for support.
