Stuart originates from Sunderland and has been living in Oxford since 1980. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and was a director of Baxter Payne and Haigh (now called Whitley Stimpson) since 1988. He is now semi retired, which gives him more time to spend with his grandchild! With his knowledge of the local business community, he can offer support on the accounting, financial and marketing side of Restore. In his spare time he enjoys walking, golf and cycling. Being an ex Oxford City footballer he has a keen interest in local football.
