My life isn't in your book: Introducing our Library of Life

Oxfordshire Recovery College will introduce you to the Library of Life and show some of our video stories about mental health survival.

In this session we will introduce the audience to our Library of Life with a screen showing of some of the video stories we have collected. Our stories are about journeying towards positive mental health and overcoming difficult situations, and some of our storytellers will be there to talk about their experiences and answer questions. We hope those who watch our stories will draw strength from knowing that others have struggled too, and none of us are on our own.
