Bike Oxford is a day of marked rides of 25, 50 and 80 miles taking in the best scenery of Oxford and the surrounding countryside.
In 2015, seven brilliant cyclists rode across Oxfordshire for Restore, raising a whopping £1075 – including Chris who cycled 80 miles on a CARGO bike! The atmosphere of the day was fantastic, with riders being treated to food stops along the way, cheered across the finish line, and making the most of the post-cycle beer tent.
Entry is free for all Restore fundraisers, and you even get a jazzy Restore t-shirt.

Ready for mud, water and fun? Note new obstacles at every event! 5k and 10k options are available. The 10k is two laps of the 5k course. This means if you run the 10k you will face every obstacle twice…ouch. Note due to the nature of the event and the venues used course distances are approximate. The exact number of obstacles is top secret but expect at least 25 obstacles per lap.
Brought to you by the team behind the successful and well-regarded Bike Bath event, Bike Oxford is a day of marked rides of 25, 50 and 80 miles starting and finishing at Oxford University Rugby Club, Iffley Road, and taking in the best scenery of Oxford and the surrounding countryside. Come and join the Restore team!
The run takes a scenic route around the trails and paths of Blenheim Palace, taking you past the Palace and over the Grand Bridge, before a spectacular lakeside section. Entry to the race includes entry to the grounds, designed by Capability Brown and described as “the finest view in England”.
Rough Runner merges distance running (anything from 5km up to 15km) and obstacles that you’ll have to take on along the way. But not just the regular, military-style obstacles you’ll see on every other event out there, that do nothing but freeze, burn, lacerate and electrocute you. Instead, Rough Runner’s obstacles are inspired by all those game shows we love – Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout, Gladiator, Ninja Warrior and more. So if you’ve ever thought that the Travelator looked like a challenge, a sweeper obstacle would be a great laugh, or you just fancy a go on the big balls, then Rough Runner is for you.
Take on the TrekFest challenge, complete 25km or 50km on foot through some of the UK’s most renowned and beautiful national parks – Brecon Beacons, South Wales or Peak District, Derbyshire. Thousands have taken on the TrekFest challenge over the last four years and helped raise well over a £1 million for UK registered charities. TrekFesters tell us its a truly life changing experience to take part in, the sense of achievement you feel crossing the finish line knowing you made every step count by raising funds for charity is indescribable.
