Lee joined the Board of Trustees in 2022 with over 20 years leading charities around the world. She ran an award-winning charity in the United States, supported several African charities, and has been consulting for small to medium-size charities throughout the UK. Her experience is at the intersection of marketing, development, finance, and program management, making Lee an accomplished leader, fundraiser, and strategist with a 360° view on the charity sector. She has a passion for making a difference to peoples’ lives and is thrilled to be part of this long-standing Oxford charity that supplies critical services to the community.
