Sam has run her own business consultancy since 2011, following a career with Vodafone and a number of other large brands. She specialises in change management, communication, employee engagement and facilitation, frequently working on wide-scale change programmes for international corporates. Sam became a Restore Trustee in January 2015, Deputy Chair in 2019 and Chair in 2021. She brings her skills along with a commercial approach to income generation. Sam has mainly supported the Fundraising and Communications team to ensure that all supporters including donors, grant-making bodies, fundraisers and the community as a whole understand the value of Restore services and the importance their financial contributions are to its future. She is passionate about seeing Restore members taking positive steps towards recovery and fulfilment in their lives. She lives in West Oxfordshire with her husband, has two stepchildren and when not working, enjoys cooking for friends, cycling, walking, yoga and watching athletics.
