Restore’s Lunch and Learn will increase understanding of how stress affects different people, the impact of stress and some effective ways we can spot the signs and take action. There will be Q&A.

The Library of Life is a collection of video stories that give everyone access to new perspectives on difficult situations. The Library of Life is full of stories about journeys towards recovery and overcoming hurdles in life, navigating towards safe harbours when seas are rough.
Entry is free but tickets and pre-booking is requested to manage attendance and capacity.

Restore’s Lunch and Learn will explore why we avoid having difficult conversations, the importance of having them and practical techniques in how to have difficult conversations well. There will be a Q&A.

One of Oxfordshire’s most imaginative events returns in May 2024 for a tenth year, and this time, in partnership with Restore! Dorchester on Thames Festival will take place across 10 days between 3rd and 12th May 2024 and welcomes over 3,000 people, offering a spectacular array of over 50 events.
There’s something for everyone – from world class performances of The Tallis Scholars and melodies of the BBC Elstree Concert Band, to the heart-pounding 100ft tower abseil, cookery workshops by top chefs, gift and food fair, and even a duck race! Restore will be adding its own activities focused on mental health and well-being.
The festival is entirely volunteer run, and gives all profits to charity, with proceeds in 2024 to be shared equally between Dorchester Abbey and Restore.
