As the 2022-23 season approaches, management team and players from Loop Meadow have announced that the ‘Railwaymen’ will enjoy a charity partnership with Restore.

The partnership will see pitch side banners, Restore logos on club training kits, professional talks for the club, and fundraising through a charity match and different activities throughout the year. 

Didcot Town FC’s manager, Jamie Heapy said “Restore’s an incredible local charity, they help people to identify their strengths and support them to build themselves up. The combination of compassion and coaching helps people, there are many parallels with the positives of football. We all know that mental health needs to be spoken about more and we’re determined to help Restore on and off the pitch.”

Says Matt Jerwood, Restore’s head of fundraising and communications, “Restore has a group working in Didcot and we are delighted to partner with Didcot Town FC and appreciate their generous support. Restore helps local people to take control of their own recovery through groups, training and employment coaching. We very much look forward to being alongside the Railwaymen to make a positive difference in and around Didcot, this season and beyond.”
